2024年4月13日，第十三届信息与通信技术国际会议（ICTech 2024）通过线上的方式隆重召开！本次会议由长沙师范大学、印度布巴内斯瓦尔国际管理与技术研究所等多所高校联合主办。会议由IRNet国际学术交流中心Ms. Melody担任主持。无论是主题报告还是作者们的口头演讲都表现出了超高水准，快随小编去一睹学者们的风采吧。
