general rules
1. Read the topics and keywords of the conference or journal for which you want to prepare the paper and check if they correspond to the paper contents.
2. Read the information about the permitted number of pages and the regulations about the figures and graphics, if they are from other publications.
3. Find the Template for the edition and use it to prepare the paper.
4. Take care the language to be good.
Paper structure 文章结构：
Abstract 摘要；
Keywords 关键词；
Introduction 导语；
Main part of the paper contents 论文主要内容；
Conclusions 结论；
Acknowledgments 致谢；
References 参考文献；
