1月9日，ICDSM2021在“ZOOM”上正式开启，由IRNet国际学术交流中心陈文双老师担任会议主持，Prof. Dr. Madjid Tavana致欢迎词，大会主席Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik、Prof.Dr. Taosheng Wang、Prof.Dr. Stephen Ng、Prof.Dr. Andrew W. H.
